Hacienda De Castilla Cancun

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel located in a neighborhood of Cancun that may not be the most appealing at first glance. However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and helpful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with functioning air conditioning. The location was conveniently close to all the cultural sights in the Yucatan region, with a short walk of less than 10 minutes to reach Av. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even creating towel animals and keeping the room tidy.

That breakfast was not included, requiring an additional payment.

The hotel was cheap, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was well-located, with easy access to public transportation and local markets and restaurants. The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cancun. The manager was friendly and spoke English, making our stay more fun. The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy bed and a much-needed air-conditioner. The hotel even offered free nights every third night!

The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, although the constant loud music was a bit annoying. The wi-fi worked perfectly, great to stay connected.

Spacious bathroom, hot shower, big room, attentive guard, and quiet surroundings. Helpful receptionist found us a clean, comfy room at 3am. Good location near bus stop and local markets. Free computers in lobby and good wifi.
