However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and helpful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with functioning air conditioning. The location was conveniently close to all the cultural sights in the Yucatan region, with a short walk of less than 10 minutes to reach Av. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even creating towel animals and keeping the room tidy.
That breakfast was not included, requiring an additional payment.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cancun. The manager was incredibly friendly and spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a much-needed air-conditioner. The hotel even offered free nights every third night!

Best aspects of our New Year stay were the upgraded room and the convenient location. The room we were assigned exceeded our expectations, providing us with comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. In terms of location, we found ourselves in a key area that allowed easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Worst aspects of our stay included the door of our room, which seemed flimsy and could easily be broken into. This raised security concerns for us, especially if we were staying for an extended period.
